Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  2. It must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as customized products, clearance items, or items purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
